YouTube Question existing AdSense account

I had 2 other accounts that were on google Adsense and I closed them (both was created by accident)
but this time I'm getting this email

Continue using your existing account, associated with k...@gmail.com. If you canΓÇÖt access this account, follow the steps in our login troubleshooter.

I don't have that email also I don't know what this email address I'm sure it is not mine.
so what I have to do, please?

Honestly, this is better targeted at Google support. They tend to be more responsive on Twitter than almost anywhere else. Not sure anyone here can help with a google authentication issue.
