How do you feel about the Homeless in Los Angeles?? Especially if they moved into your neighborhood in a Tiny Home? Recently in Reseda they started building a tiny homes area to house the homeless in Los Angeles. Council District 3 has about 600 people who are homeless, and are in need of assistance. U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter passed a preliminary injunction that required the relocation of homeless persons, so Bob Blumenfield is doing what he is mandated by the city and springing into action to implement this tiny housing community. Which of course is met with opposition from neighbors. These housing units are temporary shelters for those who need access to basic human services, such as showers, three meals a day, and mental health counseling, which many people going through addiction desperately need. Additionally, they will be given job training, and the opportunities to get back out into the workforce. Which is the first step in providing the homeless the opportunity to get back on their feet with decency, and humanity.
