Search your channel. Who else is in the Top 10 of the search results for your channel name?
Search your channel keywords. What other channels keep coming up when you search those keywords?
Search your video titles. What other channels keep coming up when you search your titles?

Which channels appear in all three? They are definitely your competition. If there aren't many/any, which channels appear in two of the three categories?
