As @SILTHW said this is the most common question asked on the forums. I would suggest checking out the suggested posts below this post. Many of them are related to your question and may already have replies to them.

Or, I would suggest writing a new post with a more specific question about what exactly you need help with such as thumbnails, tags, titles, even editing tips. Just remember, we can't tell you how to create your content. That is up to you. We can provide tips and ideas but we can't make the channel and content for you. You need to figure out what content you wanna make, how you wanna make it and just make it.

Put out content as frequently as you can. I am at about 10k subs after 7 months, doing average of one video per day.
