Question "Common Tags" is not displaying any results

Just today when I'm about to upload to youtube and looking at the keyword explorer to fill my tags, the "Common tags" is not displaying any results. Youtube, Google, and Video Topics section are working fine.

Anyone experiencing this ?

This has been happening for me for almost a month now- incredibly frustrating! Is this a known bug/issue and is it being worked on?

UPDATE : It's working now for me and feels like more responsive than before
