YouTube Question How to apply an End Screen to ALL videos at once?

Is there a way I can apply the same End Screen to all videos at once? How can I do that?

You can use the bulk tools to do so. See the screenshot below. This is from the content tab.

So I have template End Screen that I want to use, the "Bulk End Screens" doesn't select a template, apparently I have to ad URLs to Link Elements, Video Elements, and Playlist Elements.

The way I want to do it is:

Subcribe link on left facing the screen
Best video for the User in bottom left facing the screen
Playlist on bottom right facing the screen.

How do I ad the subcribe and best video to the user for this bulk template? Keeping in mind the best video is a dynamic selection from YouTube to whoever is watching.
