Answered Keword explorer not working

Keword explorer not working, i tried different browsers but still no luck, When i type the keyword its not showing result. I have pro licence first ok. how can i fix this issue?

We are experiencing an issue with the Keyword Explorer at the moment. The developers are aware and are working towards a resolution now. We are expecting to have an update made available to the browser developers by Monday with an update made available as soon as they approve the extension adjustments.
