Hot dogs are absolutely one of my guilty pleasures. I like them lots of ways. At home it is a dog, then American cheese, then chili and then yellow mustard. In that order. So the chili melts the cheese.
At the local ball park, they have a "tot dog" which is a hotdog with tater tots and basically nacho toppings. They also do the Sonoran dog here which is a hot dog wrapped in bacon with cream cheese.
I love a good Chicago-style dog. In Korea I love the street dogs with kimchi.
