Affiliate Question Super affiliate problem because of trying change channel

Hy, i'm a super affiliate with 2 channels of mine.(MEDITABOVE and Motivolution)

when i used the codes i make mistake, i switch the channels by error then i cancel and ad the code again for the right channels
and it didn't work.
