I have some saved tags for my videos under different tag lists. For some reason when I upload a new video I am not able to find those tag lists anywhere to load them during optimisation. Can someone help please?

When you're in your video that you're editing. Under Video Details... With TubeBuddy extension on your browser.. You'll see this:
Click "Import" and it will bring up your available lists of Keywords!
