Tonight we exported our video from Premier and uploaded it to YouTube and the screen was super enlarged. We tried doing it again and the export failed. Trying to figure out if it's a Premier or YouTube issue?

Instead of exporting and uploading directly to YouTube, export it straight to you hard drive first. Load up the video on your hard drive and if it's super enlarged you know it's a Premier issue (reset your computer, because a lot of export errors are simply errors in your computers RAM or GPU which often get fixed by a reset.
If the video exports fine, but you then have the issue while uploading to YouTube, it COULD be YouTube's end, but it always pay to try uploading via a different browser as sometimes it's the browser it'self that can cause issues, but if the video appears enlarged on YouTube, it's more likely YouTube.
