YouTube has added the subscribe button in the end of the video. But why is this not showing on all my videos ?Is there anyone know about this please?

you mean End Screen ? if it is, you have to manually set each time you upload your video on youtube studio if you haven't already done so

If you have a pro or higher licence, you set a template for future end screens, and with star or higher, you can bulk add new end screen templats to old videos that might not have end screens.

It's interesting if you didn't set the subscribe endscreen yourself though, that might indicate that end screens are now being automatically added without needing to manually include them.
