Answered TubeBuddy Not Helping with Views?

Hey guys,

IΓÇÖve been using TubeBuddy for over 2 months now but it seems like IΓÇÖm not really benefiting from it. IΓÇÖve used the tag score, got my seo score to 95% plus and used the keyword explorer for all my videos. IΓÇÖm on the legend membership.

IΓÇÖve followed all the videos on YouTube from Tubby Buddy and Nick Nimin but it seems like nothing is working.

Does anyone know what IΓÇÖm doing wrong? IΓÇÖve added a link to my latest video and it just doesnΓÇÖt seem to pick up any views. IΓÇÖm hitting around 300-500 views. ItΓÇÖs currently ranked 9 compared to the rest of my vids. IΓÇÖm not expecting millions but about like 1000-2000 views would be sweet especially with having 10k subs.

Just really frustrating because I really put a lot of effort into my videos.

Any help would be appreciated.

I will say, there's more to getting views than SEO alone, it could be the topic itself that isn't performing, which is why it's always advisable to do topic research BEFORE making a video.

Also, it could be your thumbnails that aren't performing. You say you have Legand, so you can use the thumbnail A/B feature to test other thumbnail styles to see if they make your thumbnails perform better (less is more with thumbnails)
You also have access to Click Magnet! Which will help you analyse your videos for more optimisation possibilities

You do seem to be doing many things right on the back end. But that back end isn't working. Which reflects that the content is not competing for even higher-scoring keyword terms. Simply put you are not beating your competition. I am curious what your AVD and CTR is for your last video. I know it can be hard to hear, but I am afraid I feel like it is the content itself that is underperforming.

I watched your most recent video, and the concept is intriguing enough but it is also one that we see a lot of it. You are reacting to online videos... but are you doing it better than Leon Lush, Whang!, BucketHeadNation or the scores of others who are also doing video reactions? I would personally like to see a little more pizzazz, especially when I am watching dashcam footage of a weird fist fight. Also, what I don't want to see is the same CTA scrolling across the screen the entire time.

The keyword research and backend support you are providing for your channel are important; if you are going to compete against these guys this is going to be a far easier approach to doing so. Don't lose sight of the value that you gain from that. But focus on the viewer, first and foremost. You need to invite them in to an experience that they not only want to enjoy but that they are going to want to share with their friends.
