Answered Question about Stats

I know the channelytics has been down recently (and it's nice to have them back). Is it possible that they aren't accurately reading the total amount of views? I posted a new video, of which hundreds of people watched but it only said 1 person watched. I've also seen more views on other videos but the stats are still inaccurate and too low. Is this just a glitch? Is this happening to other people?

sometimes I see this on other people's channels - big channels that surely wouldn't have 0 views in a day. I'm guessing sometimes it doesn't pick up the views

Note it is very common, as in VERY common, that YouTube's stats across views and subscribers may be out of sync between the mobile app and the browser or incorrect in some way. Normally they sync up or show up after a day, often less.
