If you have old videos that under 100 views and over a year old; IΓÇÖll say the best thing to do re-edit add some non copyright music couple more of your personal photos or clips that will match the original vid.
I say give it to 14 - 30 days then compare the analysis ( make sure you write or keep the original vid stats somewhere).

What you do with old videos like this would also depend on your channel type as this strategy wouldnΓÇÖt work for all niches, it could take more of an edit for some if you choose to do this.
You could also choose to just analyze the analytics of the video to check impressions and CTR as it could just need a new thumbnail or better description. Videos could also just get picked up later down the road, you just never know.

make an updated video on it if you can. THEN point back to the older video and use the both of them to lead to suggested traffic. Re-evaluating if the video is clear can help, but look at impressions and CTR those matter JUST AS MUCH if not MORE!
