Answered Are channelytics working again?

Hi!

My channelytics are still missing. Do I need to restart/ change any settings to get them back or is this a current issue?

At this time Channelytics are still not working.

UPDATE: We've released a new update for the browser extension that fixes the issue with Channelytics. Please update your TB extension.

Same with me. Hopefully they fix it in a week or so.

Apparently a YouTube update caused the channelytics to stop working for TubeBuddy. A good alternative is probably VidIQ. They don't seem to be having this issue at all, although you'll have to manually click to view the monthly data rather than it automatically uploading (and it's not as specific as TubeBuddy's, but I guess it should do for now).
