Life What has been your exercise routine during the pandemic?

Considering that in most cities in US, most if not all gyms have been closed. Though i'm not sure of the circumstance of other countries...
For me it's been all the same with or without the gym since I have my own personal equipment. Though i'm still limited in when it comes to doing some compound exercises. What has been your exercise routine during the pandemic?

I've been rowing. I got a Concept 2 Model D got in on a group of rowers rowing around the world...and we're raising money for charity...it's been awesome.

I've started to really like walking - simple but easy and you can do other things while doing it

I'm wearing those acupressure slippers while walking around my house or just taking the stairs back and forth for several minutes

off and on tbh. more often than not but i should get more gym equipment to facilitate better exercises.
All you really need is a quality adjustable bench press and a pair of adjustable dumbbells(in the long run saves you money and room space). With these two you can pretty much do any/all isolation exercise and hit each muscle group hard. It takes a little longer to get a workout done but in the end itΓÇÖs all the same.

Mostly walking. But I make sure and get enough rum that the walking does not bother me ha ha...

Erm I am guessing it's fairly obvious mine has been yoga! My legs started to cramp at my desk early on in the pandemic so I got stretching and trained up and now I am, well, here! Nin

I've been fortunate, my gym was closed for a while, but is back open. I box amateur (pre-covid) in the Masters Division (I'm 53) so I train for that. In anticipation of a June match, just made last week, I'm ramping up to my full on training. It looks like this:
M-W-Fri @ 5:30 am - Bike 20 miles (I'm at 10 miles now)
T-TH @ 5:30 - Concept 2 Rower 3 minutes hard, 1 minute easy, for 9 cycles

M-W-Fri @ Noon - Weight Training and shadowboxing

M-Fri @ Evening - Fitness class or Skill Training or Sparring
