Answered subscribers and unsubscribed

I have observed that most times only 20% of people who watch my channel videos the rest 80% are not subscribed to my channel.

Can that have any effect on my channel either positively or negatively.

This is the positive result of Search/Suggested traffic sources working for you. If 90% of your views came from Subscribers then you would have a very hard time getting any new subscribers and growing at all. But if you the majority of your views come from viewers who are just now seeing you it is reflexive of your reach and how well you are doing getting exposure for your videos.

be happy that you still get views, whether people subscribing or not, that doesn't mean that viewers don't like your content. I often watch a video I like on youtube, but I rarely subs to them.
