Thumbnail Feedback What are your thoughts on this thumnail?

I tend to keep my thumnails pretty similar to one another. That being said, any thoughts? Thanks.

I actually really like the thumbnail; however, your photo, particularly your facial expression, is not what I would traditionally associate with a video about motivational quotes. It kinda makes me do a doubletake and wonder what's going on in your head, as well as what could your motivational quotes actually be about. I'm a psychologist, so that sort of discrepancy is somewhat intriguing to me, so I'd probably click on your video out of curiosity. Maybe that's what you're going for? I don't know. In any event, I like the simplicity of the thumbnail, but the phrasing of the text also throws me off a bit. Are these quotes actually "from" you, or did you collect a bunch of other quotes and compile a list of your own? While my comments may seem offputting, I still like it.
