Thumbnail Feedback Do you like Chocolate Mousse?

What do you think about my thumbnail?
Should I add Text or a Person to that?

Most people choose what video to watch by the thumbnail and not the title. Some indication of if this is a cooking, tasting or other video is useful to the person seeing your thumbnail next to a bunch of similar thumbnails.

This image is fine. Looks good!

I think some text in this thumbnail would do some good to it. You need to consider the possibility that this video might be shared on other platforms. And you just don't want this picture as the only thing a person sees. Great picture though!

I kinda like mousse, but the thumbnail doesn't get me excited for it. I feel like contrasting colors would be nice, perhaps use a different mug/cup for the mousse. Love the countertop, but not in the picture. I feel like a solid color would be less distracting.

Of course, now that I'm thinking about it, I want some mousse

Hey there thanks for the feedback and yeah i wish I would have a set of different plates, mugs etc. but unfortunately I can't affort IT at the moment. Any way you mentioned a good point and I'll try to make it better.

This thumb definitely doesn't need text. I'd just zoom in closer so there's less table and more mousse. The photo is delicious enough to work on it's own, just need to zoom in. Though CTR will give even more indication as to weather that's correct or not.
