Need Advice How can I download my old video from YT?

Is there something on YouTube to do this or should I just use some 3rd party converter?
I tried to look on my creator studio/video but did not see an option for downloading.

It's old video so I don't have the original file anymore!

Go to YouTube studio. Go to the Content page. Put your mouse over the description and there is a 3-dot menu. Click it and one of the options is "download".
