associated gmail ID, and choose which channel you want to have TubeBuddy Pro in it.

@tropicthunder gave you the correct answer. Use the Google Account associated with your YouTube Channel. If you want to use a new or different Google Account, it would be worth making the change before you get the pro subscription to minimize any potential problems.
