I make hip hop beat videos that I used to introduce verbally, but I think it drives views down (people looking for beats don't want to hear talking). When I did introduce my vids verbally (speaking keywords), I made sure to subtitle them. If I don't speak in my new vids, but I include illegitimate subtitles (i.e. subtitles that use my description/ title keywords without being tied to any spoken language), will it benefit me, or will YouTube penalize me?
