In all honesty, it's pretty obvious to fan who you drew there, so I don't think you need the text at all. Let the art speak for it'self.
I will say though, that's personal preference, and MAYBE the text works. I'd try doing an A/B test if you can, or you can just try checking the ctr with, and the ctr without temporarily to see if there's much of a change. I personally think it will work just as well without the type though, and looks fantastic might I add.
