Well, as someone who enjoys relaxation videos of thunderstorms I like those with pictures of thunderstorms on them.

Depending on the kind of nature sound included in the video. Is what your thumbnail should be. Simple as that.

For example, if one of your videos is about the sound of the ocean. Than have your thumbnail be a picture of the ocean. Hope this helps.
