Question Cant purchase via paypal

Last time I ask about any other method to purchase because I dont have a CC and my paypal is empty. Now I have enough paypal balance to try the pro version, I was happy enough because now I can purchase tubebuddy. Sadly I still cant purchase it, because paypal ask for my CC which I dont have, despite I have enough paypal balance to make a transaction. Is there ANY other method ?

UPDATE : So, my friend lend me with his CC, now I'm ready. Guess what ? paypal says " Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions.". OMG I guess I'm not fortunate enough to purchase Tubebuddy.
