You roast coffee? How cool! I'm curious about the process now! I live in Michigan and no coffee is grown here and I wouldn't know where to begin, but I bet a cup of coffee from freshly roasted beans is amazing! I get Starbucks and sometimes it's got a really burnt flavor... you know what I'm talking about. Blech!

Roasting coffee is the perfect marriage between science And art! Coffee is only grown on a couple of Farms in ALL of North America, and they are really small time! So donΓÇÖt feel bad for not growing coffee in Michigan! Thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself!ps... donΓÇÖt buy Starbucks! Just go to Yelp type in ΓÇ£coffee roasterΓÇ¥ and hopefully you have one down the street! Cheers
