Question only getting views from 65+ in Jan

I just noticed in my analytics that my I've only been getting views from 65+ ages since January.

Last month (Dec) and all previous months I was fine and receiving views from the other age groups.

Does anyone know why this happened?

And does anyone know how I can get back to getting views from the other age groups?
