My subs before i sleep is 388, when i woke up its 364, just today it became 386 but suddenly become 367, does youtube delete subscribers?

This is a frequently asked question. I would encourage you to use the search function in the future.

YouTube frequently purges fake accounts and bots. If a fake account or bot is subscribed to you and they purge it, you lose that subscriber. But people also subscribe and then decide that they don't want to be subscribed anymore. That is normal.

Everyone's sub count fluctuates. It is more apparent with smaller channels.

This is more likely to happen if you've been involved with sub trading services or groups. Not matter what these groups or services "promise" it's all fake engagement and those accounts used to boost those subscriber counts get deleted, and your subcount goes down as a result, which is why it's very important to NOT do any sub for sub.
