Question Thumbnail generator not working

Pro user here ... I have an issue where the thumbnail generator is not working properly. I want to choose a frame from the video but every time I try to do it, the video never plays and I get an error that the playback has failed.

I can open the video in the same browser window using the link to the video and it plays fine.

This only recently stopped working. I rely on this and this feature was one of the main reasons for signing up.

Can anyone shed some light on why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?

For these requests, it is helpful to know what browser and version and what version of the extension you are using.

Without that, the best we can do is give general advice. That is to try a different browser and see if you have the same issue.

Same issue here. The "loading wheel" spinns for a little while before giving me the message "An error occurred. Please try again later." Tested yesterday and today.

OS: Windows 10 Pro
Browser: Chrome Version 88.0.4324.104 (Official Build) (64-bit) (Same issue with 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (64-bit))

This worked fine until about a week or so ago.

Could you please email this information over to support@tubebuddy.com same with anyone else. The best way to get a bug looked at is to report it as a bug to support@tubebuddy.com with said information.

For me this worked when I tried it on another computer (also Win10 + Chrome).
