Question No Historical data or map data (Chrome and Edge)

I have no Historical data or map data on (Chrome or Edge)
Only Fire fox gives me all the data , but TubeBuddy keeps have scripts crashes every single time i click to add a tag .
I have cleared all 3 browsers of cache and cookies and the problem still persists .
Your support team cant help me , they can only offer me a refund . But i love TubeBuddy , its just not working like it use to tho
Its driving me crazy because it worked perfect until last year July-August

Does anyone know why this happens ?

There are a few things that tend to fix this type of problem.
First, check that your extension is up-to-date. If you have disabled auto-update for extensions you may have an extension that is out of date.
Second, on the browsers with issues, try to delete the extension, restart the browser completely (Chrome may require a reboot because of background processes) and reinstall.
Finally, if none of this works, post back with the version of Edge/Chrome and the extension version for each.
