Well to be honest, as long as you be yourself, I'm sure you'll gain plenty of subs and views in no time. Would you consider doing like pranks or anything? I'm obsessed with videos like that. I get bored when they seem staged so its hard to find funny ones but The Daily Dropout are good. I'm not sure what kind of music you like but I'd watch channels if they did a reaction to new songs like when Drake, Roddy Rich, Lil baby release a new song, I'd love to see things like that. The best thing you could do is upload things that you're genuinely interested in. So if you love music then do vids about music, if you love Basketball then do NBA vids, I think if you're passionate about something then you'll give it your all and your videos will be good quality which will make people want to watch. You need your kind of people following you, then you know you'll have loyal subs/viewers if that makes sense. Good luck
