Thumbnail Feedback Improving my thumbnails (cooking channel)

So I had been posting consistently over 7 weeks now, and I have seen my CTR is rather low. I think this might be due to my Thumbnail style. And I would love your opinions and feedback on it.
My channel is a cooking channel.

I am still experimenting, so all comments are very well appreciated.

I think the design and layout is fine But the font color is one that blends into the background. If you look at the thumbnails you posted at the size they are listed, you will see that it is almost impossible to read the text on any of them.

I'd say make that small change and see how that works out.

Oh! you are very much right kind sir I will test with a bigger font, and changing the colors aswell! thank you
