YouTube Studio natively allows you to delete any video.

TubeBuddy allows you to schedule a time to "sunset" a video, or make it private at a certain date and time.

You don't need tubebuddy tool to delete your videos.
Just visit the youtube studio and select multiple videos at once and you can delete them
