Question Not understanding percents in "by retention %" tab of Retention Analyzer

I understand the header where it says 10% lost, 25% lost... etc. I understand the Timestamp under each header, but I don't understand the percents that go along with them. Percent of what? Is it the percent of the video completed?

Yes, it is the percentage of the video when you had a 10% audience drop off.
