YouTube Question Anyone having slow upload time?

So for the last few days we have been having issues with upload speeds on youtube. Yesterday it took a video that was only 15 mins long 7 hours to load. We checked out internet speeds and that was fast so we just want to know if anyone else is having this issue?

Uploaded two videos yesterday with little issue. Took the same amount of time as usual.

There's always the chance that YouTube might be having issue or bugs in some areas. There servers are probably scattered all over the world, so depending on your country, your YouTube upload speeds might be faster or slower than others in some cases. That said, I've heard that some file formats will take longer than others. Did you check the file size of the video? Perhaps your videos have just been larger lately?

12 min video takes me about 3 hours. That's from New Zealand to wherever the YT servers are. Always been that way. MPEG4 HD video.
