I think being able to group your canned responses could really help save that bit of time to be able to split them into things like "Thanks", "FAQ" etc.

I heard someone mention a trick of adding a 1 or A at the start of your canned response titles, so you have something like

1 thank you
1 thanks for watching my videos
and then just add the next 2 in front of the next theme of responses and that can help organise them more. But I'd definitely love to see some grouping based on topics so this gets a thumbs up from me.
