Other YouTube Shorts Or Short Stories

Has anyone had any success with getting on the YouTube Shorts Or Short Stories on the mobile app version? How do you go about getting on there?
Have you gotten more views or subscribers?

I think the video has to be under a minute long and shot vertically instead of horizontally like typical videos you see on YouTube that aren't in the Short Stories section. I also think you have to have more than 10,000 subscribers according to this video I watched on the subject:
