How do you balance lighting in videos? I don't know if its exposure or other lightning issues but our sometimes changes throughout the video and its heavily noticeable!

Adjusting the brightness and contrast in the video through the editor can help with lighting issues, as well as adjusting the white balance. I also recommend trying to work in some natural light to help with lighting.

Not sure what you record your videos with but some have a function where you can lock the white balance once you hit record. I'm using Filmic Pro with my phone and it has this feature
