Can anyone help me to understand once I have been awarded active user and already downloaded app, what else is required to post videos

You need to get your tubebuddy badge (looks like this):
but it will be based on what level you have of TubeBuddy (If you are just using the free version it will be User. If you are using the star level it will be Star instead of pro, etc).
