How normal is it to have 2 same tags in one video? I made that with TubeBuddy.

TubeBuddy 2 same video tags in one video. Is it bug?

I have had the same thing happen and I've been trying to figure out if its user error or not. What I think happens is that I start typing a tag and see a suggestion and somehow clicking the suggestion auto-completes the tag I'm typing and adds the tag. But I haven't been able to reproduce it more than once.
