Hi all.
I'm just hoping someone can spend a minute to tell me what I'm doing wrong.
I spent over 2 hours choosing tags and then...they weren't on my video!! New to this lark so would really appreciate help with this topic.

Thanks for reading.

Hi Guys. Really appreciate your help.
I go to studio then from there get video where I have title, sdescriptions, which both save.
I put tags in and they do look like the screenshot there and I use chrome.

I got a message from tubebuddy to email them so will try that too.
What a top bunch you are!

Can you tell me how you choose tags ( I am assuming that you did through TubeBuddy)?

1. In SEO studio
2. Direct tags ( website )
3. Suggested Tags
4. From mobile

which way did you do ?

There may very well be an issue with YouTube it'self. If you spend too long working on a video without saving, there's a chance YouTube can time out the session causing errors. I've had this happen to me when doing closed captioning.

Did you use the SEO Studio tool? If not, I suggest trying that, and clicking "save draft" (the big blue button) BUT if the way you put in your tags doesn't look like this, then it's more than likely a YouTube session timeout issue. It's best to save fairly regularly to avoid saving errors, again I've had similar issues with YouTube's closed captions.

However, if you DID use a tubebuddy tool, try sending an email to support@tubebuddy.com

Are you doing it on the studio page or the seo studio?
