If you're planning on using TubeBuddy for more than 5 channels, then you should send an email to support@tubebuddy.com about how many channels and what license you're interested in

Yes, you'll need a seperate Tubebuddy account for each one. I have 2 for 2 of my channels, although you can use a free Tubebuddy licence for all but one to save some money, or if you're still new, use the free version of all. I believe this is because it needs access to each account seperately as channels are seperated from each other algorithmically.
