Answered Social Media Tracker not working?

Is there a problem with the social media tracker? Whether its on my own videos or other peoples, the social section shows na for both Facebook & Twitter and 0 for Reddit.

I have just updated Chrome, but cant see how to update Tubebuddy? Looks like im a version behind yours? Im on Mac. Have just checked a few videos and its still not showing any social stats.

Hm... okay. This might be a bug. You should contact support@tubebuddy.com with the info you've provided. A dev will be able to check out the issue and troubleshoot with you
