YouTube Question Enlighten me on reduced Watch Hour

hello everyone! I am just wondering that my accumulated watch hour last week reached to 3058hours. But then this week has reduced to 2958. I am wondering why this happened. Can anyone enlighten me in this pls. Thank you so much.

Have you recently made private or deleted any videos? This could be the problem because made private or deleted videos don't contribute towards watch time (hours).

Hi @Renan El Viajero

You also have the amount of watch hours that occurred last year. They count per year so if you have older videos that have accumulated time last year that time will not be counted for your total per year.

Yeah Daniel I also know of this process. But I was wondering as it was too much deduction. It was almost 150 hours.
