This is what your post looks like to me and ironically enough the size of the image on your post is close to the size of the thumbnail when doing searches on YouTube on a browser or mobile.

As you can see the wording is barely legible in this size. I would suggest making the text a bit bigger so that in a small thumbnail like this it can still be legible. It might be difficult seeing as you don't have a lot of free space for text but it's the best advice I can give. Other than that it's not a bad thumbnail.
