Im looking that these stats and thinking about the fact that my watched percentage is low, but getting around avg 5 minutes watched per video doesnt seem so bad. My videos are all over 10 minutes, because I talk a lot about games, mostly are around 10-15 minutes mark, with very few of them over 20 minutes.
I know the algorithm is a black box, but what sort of numbers should you guys be aiming for? I can see from the historical data that my watch time per video is increasing, but the watched percentage seems to be stuck for the last several months at the same percentage.
