Answered "Quote" / "Toggle Multi-Quote" & "Reply" .... Can someone brief these words ?

Its just when I want to answer a query in a section , I just "Reply". I am active since 2 days and am little confused when to use "Quote".

I quoted you just now. You would quote someone if you want to reply DIRECTLY to what they said. A standard reply doesn't necessarily need what they said. Multi quote is useful if you want to quote multiple things in a thread, or from other threads. It's really up to YOU on how you use it
