Audio Gear What do you think is best audio gear for a music channel

I have been making cello videos for a while now just using a smartphone/tablet microphone but am considering getting a real microphone does anyone have any tips or particular microphones they think would be good?

For music, I'm not sure, but I've been looking at getting a shure sm7b. Overkill for a smartphone or tablet, but if you want to be recording music on computer, something tells me it would be good. Expensive, but good.
