I've been struggling to get my channel monetized, I'm a commentary channel and I don't appear on camera, I use an animated puppet instead.
The thing is, Youtube only tells me that I don't follow the policies, and I think it has to do with me using videos and images that I don't own, FOR EXAMPLE.
I want to talk about a celebrity couple, but It would be weird if I didn't use any images of them in the video. And I fear that if I use an image taken from their instagram it will be taken as a copyright issue and because of that, get rejected again.
This is an example of what I want to create:

I get how copyright works, but what I don't understand is that if I own a commentary channel, how do I know what images/videos can I use so I can get monetized like other channels?
Thanks =)
